We were contacted by Samantha in June 2014 to discuss ideas of dressing her wedding venue which was the Rumney Rugby Club over in Cardiff. Being a Rugby club they were proud to display trophies they had won over the years, however not an ideal background for your wedding photos. The venue also has very bright and harsh inhouse lighting which couldn’t be dimmed.
Using our white wedding drapes with some purple LED uplighting we transformed the function space into something completely different. Instead of the trophy cabinets behind we now had a fully draped room. This gave our client a nice blank canvas to work with.
The addition of our uplighting also meant that the inhouse lighting wasn’t required. We set this to a nice purple colour to match the colour theme of the day. I’m sure you’ll agree this is much nicer than the office like strip lighting we had before.
