Julie got in touch with us as she was having a Wedding party at the Cirencester Town FC function room. Scott the events manager at the venue recommended us as we’ve worked at the club previously.
Julie and her partner have married aboard so were looking to provide an ideal setting for an evening only party for all of her UK based friends and family.
Once we had discussed the various options and colour schemes we agreed to provide and install wall draping around the room leaving the bar uncovered as well as an entrance doorway.
We also setup a starcloth section which would make a perfect backdrop for the band they had that evening and also white LED uplighting around the room.
We managed to gain access earlier in the day which meant we could setup in an empty room. This allows plenty of time for the venue and Julie to add in the furniture and their finishing touches. This ensures that the whole day ran smoothly.
